Responsibilities:
Lead a software development team in a well-structured and disciplined manner, e.g. test-driven development, version-control and deployment knowledge is a prerequisite.
Participate in complete software development lifecycle, including analysis, design and code.
As a team leader you are responsible for projects and deadlines.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills.
Must be fluent in English (master language)
C#, ASP.NET and surrounding XML and Database technologies is a must, as is experience working on commercial thick client applications.
Any MCSD.NET or other Microsoft .NET certifications would be a real advantage.
You must be self-motivated and passionate about creating high quality and innovative solutions with full attention to detail.
You will be working closely with developers to achieve results that are of the highest quality in all areas.
