Software Development Manager
Provide leadership to a team of highly technical software engineers, technical leads and architects. The successful candidate will be have overall responsibility to:
· Manage moderate to large sized software development projects; · Manage the team of software engineers and architects in Sri Lanka and work closely with the software engineering team at our headquarters in Denver; · Coach and mentor engineering staff for skill development and experience · Ensure projects are completed on time and according to specifications and standards;
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / MIS or equivalent qualifications are required with a Minimum five 5 years experience in software engineering and design and at least 5 years experience as a lead or in management.

QA Engineers / Senior QA Engineers
QA Engineers are responsible for executing test cycles in projects and assuring product quality.
The job demands total focus on customer requirements, a strong desire for quality, and attention to detail. Maintaining good relationships with all project stakeholders is critical and therefore strong communication skills and interpersonal skills are a must. We expect the candidates to have a good understanding of the software development lifecycle and current industry trends. Previous experience in test automation tools and performance testing will be an advantage.
